RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you review your purchase CAREFULLY before submitting a payment. 

If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email [email protected] with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Stripe’s payment system. Note: There is a five business day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped out from our Miami, Florida office within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order is shipped. We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally. United States shipping only.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Void.
